Overview
Our Funds provide investors of all kinds — from individuals to institutions with access to opportunities and exposure to crypto in a simple, secure and efficient manner. Each Fund has its unique value proposition, and is managed in a manner that ensures that the investment objectives are met. Investors may also create a unique portfolio package within the confines of a Fund if they seek a more personalized portfolio that takes their unique circumstances into account.
Venture Fund II
Numeri's Venture Fund II is an actively managed and discretionary investment vehicle that offers accredited investors broad exposure to startups, firms and companies with a lesser minimum than other existing Venture Funds. It invests primarily in early stage startups that are capable of growing exponentially, in a manner that is consistent with the Fund's investment strategy.
Venture Fund I
Numeri's Venture Fund I is an actively managed and discretionary investment vehicle that offers investors broad exposure to startups, firms and companies, including those offering products and services based or reliant on blockchain technology. It invests primarily in early stage startups that are capable of growing exponentially and driving crypto adoption globally, in a manner that is consistent with the Fund's investment strategy.
Fund of Funds
Numeri's Fund of Funds is an actively monitored investment fund that invests in already existing and newly created investment funds in the alternative assets sector in order to maximise returns for investors whilst minimising underperformance risks.
Web3 fund
Numeri's Web3 Fund is an investment fund that offers investors exposure to an entirely new frontier in digital art and culture. The Fund invests in non-fungible tokens; which are digital tokens that represent proof of ownership of an asset, and seeks to hold of a mix of the most valuable and well established NFT collections and digital art in the Arts and Collectibles sub-sector, in a manner that is consistent with the Fund's investment strategy.
DeFi fund
Numeri's Decentralised Finance Fund (the “DeFi Fund”) is an actively managed discretionary investment fund that offers investors exposure to tokens and protocols in the DeFi space in a simplified manner in order to generate outsized returns.
Staking fund
Numeri's Staking Fund is a passive holding vehicle that is designed to ensure portfolio growth and long term capital appreciation. It will invest in assets with relatively lower risk than the majority of crypto tokens, and will manage capital in a risk averse manner— to ensure stability and preserve wealth.
Blockchain Fund
Numeri's Blockchain Fund is an actively managed and discretionary investment vehicle that offers investors broad exposure to all aspects of the blockchain industry. It invests in protocols, ecosystems, companies, tokens (both fungible and non-fungible) and digital assets which are capable of having long term value, in a manner that is consistent with the Fund's investment strategy.
